Aragon man jailed on two-year old burglary charges

An Aragon man turned himself in to jail officials on burglary and theft charges Monday night, according to reports.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Billie Ronnie Simmons Jr., of 5250 Rome Highway 101, broke into the offices of Douglas K. Laipple and took $100 on June 19, 2008.
Simmons remained in jail Tuesday evening.
