Riding for a cause

Local motorcyclists gathered on May 20 at Bikerz Toyz, 105 Plantation Ave., for the third annual Relay for Life motorcycle ride. According to event organizers, 30 motorcycles were registered for the ride, which raised over $1,000 for the American Cancer Society. The ride took motocyclists and their passengers through Heflin and Piedmont, Ala. and back into Cedartown, where all were treated to food at Attitudes Bar and Grill.
