The Polk County Historical Society will hold its October meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at 451 Wissahickon Ave. in the VanDevender/Brumby house, a Victorian house built in 1888. Judy Summerford and Glen Dow will present the program that will give ideas about what to expect in a restoration project such as the one they have undertaken.
