Beginning at 9 a.m., the tournament will be held at the Cherokee Country Club.
This tournament will be a scramble format with prizes for every flight. Entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team.
Entry fee includes lunch provided by Cherokee Country Club immediately following play.
Entries for both singles and teams will be accepted, and singles will be placed if not already assigned to a team.
Sign-up sheets will be both in the pro shop and in the club lounge. Those wishing to participate can call Cherokee Country Club at 770-748-2800 to have your name added to the sign-up sheet.
Registration deadline is Tuesday, July 12.
Cherokee Country Club has been receiving donations for a Memorial to Graves, who passed away recently. A separate account has been established for this cause and each contributor’s generosity is very much appreciated.
Those wishing to make a donation can make checks payable to: Cherokee Country Club/Ed Graves Memorial.
The Memorial will be dedicated on Friday, July 15 at 9 a.m., at the Ed Graves Memorial Invitational Tournament, immediately following lunch.
The Memorial is being placed near the tee box on Hole 16, which is the hole that is the home of “Graves’ Gulch.”
