Police serve warrant, arrest suspected dealers

Three Polk county residents were arrested on drug charges Tuesday, January 28.

From reports:

The Polk County Drug Investigation Unit and Parole Officers executed a warrant for Tim Brandon Stubbs, 28 of 135 Potash Spur. Upon locating Stubbs, police seized a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, estimated to have a street value of $2,400. They also located suspected crack cocaine and marijuana, the total street value of which is estimated at $800, two handguns and over $1,500 in cash.

Stubbs, along with Carlos Laron House, 31, and Tarika House, 26, both of 135 Potash Spur, were arrested. He and House were charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA) by possessing and intending to distribute meth, crack cocaine and marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

House was charged with VGCSA by possessing and intending to distribute meth, crack cocaine and marijuana and attempt and conspiracy.
