The Department of Natural Resources will be sponsoring a fishing rodeo on May 30, lasting from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Kenview Farms.

Children will be fishing for channel catfish. Youngsters up to age 15 are eligible. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Participants must bring their own fishing equipment and bait. No fishing with minnows is allowed. There is also a eight fish catching limit.

Prizes will be given out along with free hot dogs and drinks provided all day.

Directions are as follows: from the intersection of highways 278 and 113, take highway 113 north for four miles. Kenview Farms will be on the left and will be marked with signs.
