The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket reports.

The following people remain in the Polk County Jail.

Benjamin Hugh Chapman Jr., 19, of 1128 Sixth Street Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 1 on charges of entering auto, theft by taking, and criminal trespass.

Jason Rodney Cheatwood, 29, of 56 Bradshaw Drive, Cedartown, was arrested March 1 on a charge of theft by taking under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Steven Charles Dover, 31, of 472 Lane St., Rockmart, was arrested March 4 on charges of theft by deception, possession of stolen property, obstruction, theft by receiving, and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

Michael Shane Gurley, 33, of 77 South Wind Lane, Dallas, was arrested March 2 on charges of probation violation and methamphetamine possession.

Clara Faye Hudgens, 53, of 194 Grogan Road, Buchanan, was arrested March 8 on charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts, both under FVA.

James Edward Mathis, 51, of 701 Cooper St., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on charges of terroristic threats and acts, littering, public drunkenness, open container and probation violation.

Alvaro Cleoti Sandoval-Ramos, 26, of 1319 McKibben St., Cedartown, was arrested March 8 on charges of DUI refusal, driving unlicensed, resisting arrest and failure to maintain lane.

Kendric Lamont Sewell, 28, of 328 W. Ellawood Ave., Cedartown, was arrested March 7 on charges of failure to appear and child support.

Leonel Vicente, 29, of 376 5th St., Cedartown, was arrested March 5 on charges of driving unlicensed and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Ronald Ballew, 61, of 12 Lee St., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on a charge of battery.

Ayunna Nicole Brown, 22, of 111 Nicole Circle, Rockmart, was arrested March 8 on charges of false statement and writings, giving false information or false name, obstruction, suspended license and speeding.

Luke Douglas Byles, 21, of 1560 Piedmont Highway, Cedartown, was arrested March 8 on charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and loitering.

Gregory Lee Causey, 31, of 1031 Sixth Street Road, was arrested March 7 on charges of battery under FVA and obstruction.

Daniel Gilbert Gibbs, 45, of 4 West Aragon Road, Aragon, was arrested March 2 on charges of no insurance and driving on a suspended license.

Jose Luis Gomez, 49, of 824 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on charge of DUI refusal and driving on a suspended license.

Randall Kyle Guttery, 43, of 504 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 17 on charges of cruelty to children in the third degree, simple assault under FVA and criminal trespass under FVA.

Timothy Lamar Jackson, 19, of 303 N. Martielle St., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on a charge of driving on a suspended license.

Bradley Lee Lindsey, 17, of 480 White River Road, Rockmart, was arrested March 8 on a charge of driving on a withdrawn license.

Perry Matthew Mathis, 52, of 609 South College St., Cedartown, was arrested March 2 on a charge of public drunk and disorderly conduct.

Jamal Ramon McClure, 33, of 229 Marietta St., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on charges of lighted headlights required, DUI, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Teresa Annette Norris, 50, of 1669 Cave Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 2 on charges of failure to maintain lane DUI, no proof of insurance, and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Ricardo Quinones Osorio, 37, if 335 Noyes St., Cedartown, was arrested March 5 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving unlicensed.

Larry Jeffrey Pitts Sr., 44, of 1551 Mathis Road, Rome, was arrested March 7 on a charge of driving on a suspended license.

Roger Neil Prather, 47, of 525 Long Ave., Rockmart, was arrested March 1 on charges of simple battery under FVA and interference with 911 calls.

Valerio Ramirez-Chun, 36, of 367 5th St., Cedartown, was arrested March 7 on charges of failure to stop at stop sign and driving on a suspended license.

Brandon Chase Rayburn, 22, of 3398 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested March 2 on charges of theft by taking and theft by receiving.

Amber Nicole Richard, 20, of 323 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested March 4 on charges of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

Paul Richard, 25, of 723 Jefferson St., Cedartown, was arrested March 8 on charges of suspended registration and suspended license.
