Doris Ford is an amature artist who began painting four years ago. She began using “How To Paint” instruction books and did craft projects using acrylic paint. For the past couple of years she has learned much from painting with local artist and long time friend, Myrtle Hunt at the Brush Strokes Art Studio. Doris is married to Clarence Ford. She has two children and four grandchildren. Her work is now on display at the Cedartown Welcom Center, located in the Depot at 609 South Main Street.
