The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket reports.

The following are currently remaining in the Polk County Jail.

Ashley Nicole Meeks, 26, of 331 Carlton Drive, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation.

Joshua Arron Allen, 28, of 64 Peek Lane, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of theft by taking, criminal trespass, possession of drug-related objects and probation violation.

Joseph Dion Crosby, 43, of 94 B Williams Spur, Taylorsville, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of false statements in writing, failure to appear, window tint violation, no proof of insurance, two counts of giving false information, obstruction, methamphetamine possession, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and burglary.

Thomas Edward Gates II, 29, of 100 Hicksville Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with methamphetamine possession, three counts of failure to appear and received a sentence through probate court.

Clinton Ladale Haynes, 51, of 719 Davenport St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of removing, affixing plate to conceal, no insurance, driving on a withdrawn license and probation violation.

Kimberly Anne Housen, 27, of 323 Clyde Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of battery and probation violation.

Jarrett Maurice Thompson, 21, of 409 Pine St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest, giving false name, and probation violation.

The following people have been booked and released from the Polk County Jail.

Clyde Eugene Akins, 47, of 18 East Third St., Aragon, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of stalking.

Tika Michelle Anderson, 36, of 133 Rome St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of drug possession, methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related object.

Adrian Daray Bentley, 20, of 620 Prospect Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of theft by taking.

Roberto Betancourt Jr., 19, of 375 Fifth St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of DUI and failure to stop at stop sign.

Richard Douglas Blake, 43, of 167 Sycamore St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of driving unlicensed and windshield requirements.

Kevin Brown, 46, of 1222 N. North St., Peoria, Ill., was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of driving on a withdrawn license, DUI – less safe and speeding.

Hannah Jo Carter, 21, of 222 New Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of simple batter under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

James Robert Cass IV, 31, of 310 W. Queen St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of DUI.

Santos Perez Diaz, 29, of 442 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of driving unlicensed and child restraint law.

Gilberto Enriquez, 45, of 5 Pound St., Carrollton, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of driving while unlicensed.

Jimmy Ray Fincher, 53, of 2346 Lees Chapel Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane and safety restraint violation.

Maria Hernandez Fonceca, 33, of 108 Perry St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of driving while unlicensed and no insurance.

Leonal Delacruz Garcia, 24, of 404 Victoria Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of two counts of driving unlicensed, DUI, failure to maintain lane and failure to stop at stop sign.

Louis Reyes Garcia, 31, of 741 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of driving unlicensed.

Miranda Delane Geisler, 51, of 9225 Tallapoosa Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of DUI, failure to driving within single lane and no proof of insurance.

Jessica Marie Hall, 25, of 117 White River Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of drug possession.

Ann Marie Henderson, 39, of 80 Ammons Spring Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of battery.

Michael Earl Hoyle, 41, of 207 Ave. B, Apt. 204, Rome, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of theft by taking.

Eric Neil Ingram, 38, of 121 Pine Bower Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of tag lights and possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to distribute.

Luis Ramos Jacobo, 38, of 1910 Bennet Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of driving unlicensed.

Lorenzo Davonte Johnson, 20, of 129 2nd St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of methamphetamine possession.

China Shanai Jones, 19, of 120 Nicole Circle, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of pedestrian under influence, minor in possession of alcohol, crossing guard line, marijuana possession, public drunkenness and bond drop.

William Michael Kay, 20, of 1215 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of methamphetamine possession.

Raul Lagunaes, 26, of 336 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of taillights required, driving on a suspended license and failure to appear.

Rocio Mondragon Lopez, 30, of 309 Hannah S., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of hit and run, driving unlicensed, failure to maintain lane, and too fast for conditions.

Raymond J. Loudermilk, 20, of 70 Benedict School Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of failure to appear and possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to distribute.

Melissa Lynn Mann, 33, of 2183 Euharlee Road, Taylorsville, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession for tools for the commission of a crime, burglary and obstruction.

Rebeckah Diane Nichols, 29, of 3477 Pope Road, Douglasville, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, methamphetamine possession, burglary and obstruction.

Gonzalo Alfredo Perez, 32, of 216 McGee St., Rome, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of driving unlicensed.

David Lee Prater, 51, of 4540 Rockmart Highway, Silver Creek, Ga., was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of resisting a police officer and driving on a suspended license.

Nicky Scott Proctor, 48, of 322 Old Brock Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of methamphetamine possession.

Jamison Allen Sanderson, 39, of 1425 Mountain View Road, Buchanan, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of too fast for conditions, failure to notify upon striking fixture, hit and run, failure to maintain lane, DUI, and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Jodi Lynn Standford, 28, of 1551 Hutchings Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of methamphetamine possession.

Darrell Swopes, 24, of 233 Edwards Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of DUI, child restraint and driving on a suspended license.

Joshua Wayne Watson, 26, of 15 Jaycess Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of window tint violation, open container, carrying a concealed weapon and failure to appear.

Gary Kevin Webb, 39, of 203 Conner Whitefield Road, Ripley, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of taillights required, removing or affixing a plate to conceal, open container and DUI.

Erin Rose Brook Womack, 17, of 367 New Harmony Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of simple assault.

Clyde Eugene Akins, 47, of 18 East Third St., Aragon, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of battery under FVA.

George Thomas Ashworth, 37, of 31 Fourth St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of drug possession, transactions in drug-related activities and seatbelt violation.

Robin Stacy Campbell, 32, of 2694 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of theft by deception.

Robin Campbell, 31, of 2684 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of theft by conversion.
