The county's volunteer firefighters, along with city firefighters, local EMS and police, responded to a report of a vehicle fire around 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

The incident took place on Chubbtown Road, just off Cave Spring Road.

It was unclear as to what happened. Officials were not sure if the car wrecked, and then caught on fire, or if the car had been set on fire.

Firemen worked diligently to douse the flames so they could search for possible victims. As of early this morning, none were reported. Officials weren't sure where the owner of the car was during the incident.
